This scheme is jointly funded by Govt. of India,Govt. of Odisha and the Beneficiaries.This is meant to assist the fisher in lean period.Beneficiaries has to deposit Rs.1500 in instalments and Govt. of India & Govt. of Odisha have to provide equal amount each.Thus Rs.4500.00 has to be givento the beneficaries in three equal instalments
