Application Update

In OSF display, sea current and sea surface temperature Tamil, Odiya and Kannada strings got changed.

New harbour location, Cuddalore and thengaithittu(Pondicherry) got added.

In Android 8, OSF and PFZ display issues in Odiya and Bengali language got fixed.
